The leadership of Encounter House exists to steward the presence of God, cultivate spiritual health, and provide clear, Spirit-led direction for the life of the church.

We are led by House Leaders who carry the responsibility of vision and direction—working in unity with the Leadership Team marked by wisdom, prayer, and shared responsibility.

All of our leaders and ministry teams serve as volunteers, giving generously of their time, energy, and passion to partner with what God is building here. Their leadership flows from a deep commitment to Jesus and a desire to see His Kingdom come through His Church.
